At Queensferry Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Securely place the sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective coverings are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Queensferry

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
